User Id Properties

The following describes new or changed properties in the property editor and related information.

• SQL Azure does not support the following arguments when using the CREATE USER statement:
  • CERTIFICATE
  • ASYMMETRIC_KEY

The following describes the impacts on the SQL Azure Login Editor as compared to the SQL Server 2008 Login Editor:

• In the Navigation Grid, the only available properties in the Login Type drop-down is Login or No Login.
• On the General tab, the Asymmetric Key and Certificate properties are unavailable.
